By purchasing a product or enrolling in a program from Vertex Mastery, you agree to the following:

1. Service Provider

Vertex Mastery Sdn. Bhd. is the official provider of all trainings, programs, and coaching services.

2. Access & Delivery

Digital access is typically granted within 3-5 working days after successful payment. For live programs, event details will be provided at least 7 days prior to commencement.

3. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy (above or linked separately) for full details. In summary:

  • You may request a full refund within 5 working days of purchase if no access has been made.

  • All refunds will be processed via the original payment method used.

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows or accessed materials.

  • Transfers to another person or future event may be requested at least 14 working days before the program start date.

4. Intellectual Property

All course content, materials, and systems are the property of Vertex Mastery and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, record, redistribute, or use them without written permission.

5. Testimonials, Recordings & Usage Rights
