Refund Policy

At Vertex Mastery, we are committed to delivering high-quality training and coaching experiences. Due to the nature of our programs, all purchases are considered final. However, refunds may be granted under specific conditions as outlined below.

1. Refund Eligibility – Change of Mind (Cooling-Off Period)

You may request a full refund within five (5) working days from the date of purchase if:

  • You have not accessed any digital materials, attended any part of the program, or received any live coaching; and

  • The request is made in writing to [email protected] within the stated 5-day period.

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days.

2. Cancellation by Vertex Mastery

In the rare event that Vertex Mastery cancels a training, workshop, or program:

  • A full refund of the amount paid will be issued automatically;

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

3. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., credit card, FPX, or other methods via iPay88).

This ensures proper tracking of funds and protects both parties from disputes.

Refunds cannot be made to a different bank account or platform.

4. Transfers & Substitutions

If you cannot attend a program you’ve enrolled in:

  • You may transfer your spot to another person or to a future event;

  • Requests must be made at least 14 working days before the scheduled program start;

  • Late transfer requests may incur an administrative fee to cover venue, materials, or hotel costs.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The request is made after the program has begun, or digital content has been accessed;

  • No-shows or missed attendance without written notice;

  • Requests outside the valid refund window (after 5 working days from purchase);

  • Cases where program content or materials have already been delivered.

Am I suitable to join this masterclass?

You’re a right fit if you are a business owner making more than RM50,000 in sales per month and have at least 3 full-time staff.

Is it okay for me to join if I am a marketer employed by a company?

We welcome individuals with a strong desire to learn more. However, this masterclass may not be suitable if your job scope is limited to marketing. This masterclass focuses on the broader aspects of a business.
